We are looking for a customer-focused Call Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional service, and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Responsibilities:
+ Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls
+ Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information
+ Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
+ Troubleshoot issues and provide effective resolutions
