Position Overview

Pioneering Campaign (Voice International Account) must have 6months BPOP experience

Local Account (Nonvoice; Day Shift) must have 12 months BPO experience

SALARY PACKAGE + 10K-20K SOB + HMO DAY 1 + BENEFITS

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, courteous responses.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide back office support to ensure accurate processing of orders and services.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience Level: 6–12 months of customer service experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service skills, and ability to provide back office support.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude.
