Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Makati, Ayala

Responsibilities

• Helps customers by answering questions, solving problems, and giving information about products or services.
• Talks to customers by phone, email, or in person to make sure they are happy and their needs are met.

Qualifications

• At leastHigh School or Senior High School Graduate with1 year BPO experience
• At least 2nd year College Completer with 6 months BPO experience
