Description
We are looking for a Call Center Specialist to join a busy customer support team. This contract-to-permanent position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving inbound call center and can balance customer service, coordination, and administrative accuracy throughout the day. The role supports customers, field technicians, and internal teams by managing service requests, updating work orders, and helping drive timely resolution of service-related issues.
Responsibilities:
β’ Respond to a high daily volume of incoming calls from customers and field technicians while providing attentive and efficient service.
β’ Document service needs accurately by creating, updating, and maintaining work orders within the company system.
