Position Overview

            Job Description
Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers
Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics
Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Provide customer with a product knowledge
Produce valid leads to sends customer to the kiosk
Accommodation and transportation is provided

 

Requirements

Open for Asian nationality Indian, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri lanka and Philippine
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
