Position Overview

            Job Title – Call Centre Agent/Customer Service Representative (Arabic Speakers) Type  – Outsourced 
Contract Duration  – 6 Months Extendable - Immediate Joiners Only 
Work Location  – Dubai 
Salary  – AED 5000-AED 5500 
Working days & timings  – 5-day work and standard hours 
Mandatory details/Skills  – Customer Service, Calls, Problem-solving 
Job description Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests through chat, calls and walk-in. 
Handle inbound and/or outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 
Ensure high-quality service delivery while meeting defined performance metrics. 
Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to the application. 
Previous customer service or call center experience is a must.
