**General Purpose**

Creates menus and prepares food. Determines appropriate type and quantities of food to be prepared. Purchases necessary ingredients and supplies to prepare meals.

**Responsibilities**

+ Ability to prepare and serve food in a timely manner following proper food handling/preparation regulations and guidelines.
+ Maintenance of guest schedules and preparation of menu for meal sheets.
+ Knowledge of appropriate food quantities given estimated guest attendance.
