**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Conducts all operations in accordance with the standard operating procedures specific to the camp location. Follows the plan as laid out by the Project Manager and Field Area Leadership.

+ Directs all aspects of the field science program in conjunction with the Continental Field Supervisor and Principal Investigators (and/or field team leads).

+ Supervises camp staff and completes end of season evaluations on camp personnel in conjunction with the Continental Field Supervisor

+ Serves as safety coordinator and ensures that all safety related all hands adhere to rules and regulations. Communicates all safety incidents and near misses using the ASC reporting protocols.
