XCM Global Studio is evolving how Amazon approaches creative content at scale. After a successful first year establishing foundational workflows and partnerships, we're now focused on scaling operations and expanding our customer base. We're looking for a Campaign Delivery & Scaling Lead to build the systems that allow us to serve more teams efficiently while maintaining quality.
What makes this role unique:
This role combines campaign leadership with operational design. You'll carry a live campaign portfolio across a range of complexity levels while also refining the intake processes, workflows, and infrastructure that enable Global Studio to grow sustainably. Your campaign work directly informs your systems work, and vice versa. You won't just manage campaigns — you'll shape how campaigns are managed across the studio.
