What You’ll Do:
Campus Operations & Team Leadership:
Oversee daily campus operations, ensuring efficiency across all departments, including sales, placements, faculty management, and administration.
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve business objectives.
Implement operational improvements and process efficiencies, leveraging automation where possible.
Business Development & Revenue Growth:
Strategize and execute initiatives to drive enrollment and achieve revenue targets.
Build partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance campus visibility and enrollment opportunities.
Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities through innovative marketing and sales strategies.
