Job Summary:



The Campus Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing campus recruitment initiatives to attract top student and graduate talent. This role works closely with universities, colleges, and schools, as well as internal hiring teams, to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process.



Key Responsibilities:



-Coordinate and manage end-to-end campus recruitment activities, including career fairs, information sessions, and on-campus interviews



-Build, maintain, and strengthen connections with schools, universities, colleges, student organizations, and career services offices
