Job Overview
This is an interview position to operate company vehicles and deliver and pick up packages on a floating capacity for at least 15 routes, without a regular route assignment.
Serve as a courier while modeling a mentor role, demonstrating strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership ability.
Promote sales and generate potential incremental revenue wherever possible.
Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles for efficient delivery and pickup of packages.
- Provide coverage for open routes in the absence of normally assigned couriers.
- Act as a mentor and role model for hourly employees, demonstrating communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
- Promote continued sales and generate incremental revenue where feasible.
