Position Overview
1. 协助餐饮总监统筹部门日常运营管理,包括前厅服务、后厨协调、及客户满意度提升等;
2. 负责排班调度、员工培训与绩效辅导,确保服务标准统一、团队执行力达标;
3. 监控运营成本(如食材损耗、人力配置、能耗等),定期分析经营数据并提出优化建议;
4. 处理现场客诉及突发事件,维护品牌形象与顾客关系;
5. 落实食品安全、消防安全及卫生管理制度,确保合规运营。
1. 大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理、餐饮管理或工商管理等相关专业优先;
2. 具备2年以上国际酒店餐饮管理经验,有独立带班或轮岗经历者优先;
3. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、抗压能力及团队带教意识,能适应节假日工作安排;
