AECOM is looking to recruit a Candidate Engineer – Geotechnical .

Responsibilities

• Eagerness to learn and grow within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to ground engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Assist with site investigations: organising fieldwork, logging soils and rocks, supervising contractors, compiling factual information for reporting.
• Apply fundamental soil and rock mechanics principles to real‑world design problems under senior guidance.
• Develop technical skills in geotechnical design of foundations, retaining structures, slopes, and earthworks.
• Produce clear, well‑structured technical documents such as desk studies, factual reports, field logs, and preliminary design notes.
• Learn industry‑standard software: geotechnical modelling tools, slope stability programs, and CAD platforms.
