Position Overview

            Job Requirements 
Operations Management: Manage daily operations, supervise staff, and maintain a safe, clean canteen environment.
Quality Control: Oversee food preparation to ensure high quality, efficiency, and proper portion control.
Compliance: Ensure all food handling, preparation, and serving follows health and safety regulations.
Inventory & Suppliers: Manage stock levels, place orders, receive deliveries, and coordinate with suppliers.
