Position Overview
Teleperformance is seeking a dedicated Quality Team Lead in Malaysia to oversee the quality assurance process within our BPO operations. You will be responsible for ensuring service excellence, driving compliance with quality standards, and mentoring a team of Quality Analysts. The ideal candidate must have a bachelor's degree or diploma, be fluent in Cantonese and English, and have 3β5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, including at least 1β2 years in a supervisory role. Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities are essential.
