The Position

The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) is the operational anchor of the Hyderabad Global Capability Centre (GCC), serving as the primary partner of the Co-Heads of the Hyderabad office for running a high‑performing site for Invesco.

The role is accountable for the administration, operational governance and operating cadence of the site—ensuring operational transparency and efficiency, and an exceptional employee experience—so functional leaders can focus on delivering business outcomes.

This is a run-the-site role with strong strategic influence, acting as the connective tissue between global corporate functions and local execution.
