Overview

As the Capability and Technical Training Manager, you will play a critical part in building capability across our teams—supporting onboarding, strengthening technical skills, and driving performance uplift across the claims lifecycle. Working closely with the leadership team, you will identify the skills needed for effective claims management and develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs to improve performance.
