Level : the post holder will have contact with children and/or young people either frequently ( once a week or more) or intensively ( four days in one month or more or overnight) because they work country programs; or are visiting the country programs; or because they are responsible for implementing the police checking/vetting process staff.

ROLE PURPOSE: The Capacity Building Coordinator will lead the assessment, design, implementation, and monitoring of capacity development initiatives (institutional and technical)for local NGOs, and governmental health entities.
