Major Responsibilities
Global liquidity and existing lender management:
Excellent external lender relationships are maintained;All key VFI cash flow and funding metrics are monitored regularly and any potential issues escalated promptly;Lender covenants are monitored monthly and any potential non-compliance is addressed and managed;Quarterly lender reports and lender communiques are prepared and submitted on a timely basis;Quarterly ALCO papers are prepared and submitted on a timely basis; andDebt is available for on-lending to Network MFIs as...
