Assist and report to the Capital Project Manager in the development of initial concepts, briefs of requirements and designs during early Capital project stages.
Coordinate initial feasibility studies, site assessments and technical surveys in collaboration with the Capital Project Manager and the OPW.
Assist in developing proposals for long-term Master Plans of large Garda Campuses, including Garda Headquarters Phoenix Park, Garda Training College and other projects under An Garda Síochána' Estates Capital Programme.
Review building designs with consideration of compliance with operational/security requirements and building regulations, escalating concerns and observations as appropriate.
