Assist and report to the Capital Programme Manager in the development of initial concepts, briefs of requirements and designs during early capital project stages.
Coordinate initial feasibility studies, site assessments and technical surveys in collaboration with the OPW.
Assist senior management in developing proposals for long-term Master Plans of large Garda Campuses, including Garda Headquarters Phoenix Park, Garda Training College and other projects under AGS' Estates Capital Programme.
Review building designs ensuring they are fully compliant with operational/security requirements and building regulations.
Assist in delivery of individual projects, identifying opportunities to improve designs by considering best practice, how to support An Garda Síochána's operations, improve health & safety, security, quality, reduce defects and provide best value for money, compliant solutions.
