Job Description
Reporting to the Operating Officer, the Capital Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all capital projects/renovations meet the highest standards of quality. This role will work closely with the regional team in all cities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Procurement
Sourcing renovation, maintenance and construction materials for capital projectsIdentify contractors for renovation, major capital expenditure items (roof, boiler, balconies, window etc) and major goods and services in operation (plumbing, electrical, fire safety inspection, roof repair)Capital Projects
Responsible for major renovation for common areas and exterior or propertiesMajor building improvement- siding, window, balconies, hallway, paving etc.Suite Legalization and creation
