Job Description
A global electronics and semiconductor manufacturing company is seeking a Capital Project Team Leader to lead and manage a large program of Digital Tech projects to disengage from DuPont IT infrastructure. The program consists of 26 projects across 9 workstreams over 2 years. This role will report to the VP of Capital Engineering and take day to day direction from the Project Independence Program Leader. This is an immediate, 6 month contract to hire opportunity and will be expected 2 days onsite in Wilmington DE.

Role responsibilities:
· Drive capital project work processes and practices per the customer's Global Project System
· Work with Digital Tech project manager to understand project objectives, scope of work and estimates (capex, cawc, opex)
· Work with the Business Engineering Leader to determine Capital Engineering governance based on size, complexity of the project (gate reviews, cost control level, schedule level, execution plans etc…...
