We invite you to join the world of luxury hospitality at Raffles Dubai as our new Captain in Raffles Salon, an award‑winning lobby lounge, to support colleagues and leaders in achieving the highest quality of service and standards and improving guest satisfaction through positive engagement and communication. This position reports to the Outlets Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain LQA service standards for the outlet and read daily reports and hotel updates.
• Acknowledge VIP arrivals and ensure they are acted upon.
• Report to shift 10 minutes before start time and communicate delays in advance.
• Know all food and beverage menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods and be able to relay that information to guests politely and concisely if asked.
• Present children’s menus when appropriate and describe specials and alternative cuisine.
