Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver packages and documents to customers safely, efficiently, and within agreed timelines.
• Ensure all shipments are verified, sorted, and matched with correct customer details before dispatch.
• Follow delivery schedules, optimized routes, and operational procedures to meet daily targets.
• Maintain real‑time updates of delivery status through system applications and submit all required documentation to the delivery center.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch teams and customers regarding delivery status, delays, or issues.
• Handle shipments with care, ensuring the safety and integrity of items during transit.
