Key Responsibilities
Clean and update the existing database in Tomcard.Validate all data migrated to the Temc+ (MyFuel+) system.Print new cards for migrated clients, while onboarding new clients directly onto the system.Distribute new cards to migrated clients in a timely and organized manner.Address and resolve all card-related issues, queries, and requests within the Temc+ (MyFuel+) system.Follow up regularly to ensure that migrated clients’ orders are processed without delay.Provide timely feedback on any errors encountered during card production.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all mig...
