Responsibilities The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions – including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and more – to ensure that users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms such as TikTok.
- Strategy & Program Design
- Develop and execute end‑to‑end card growth, promotion, and loyalty strategy focused on online‑first rewards in alignment with our digital‑first value proposition.
- Own design of cashback structures, reward tiers, campaign mechanics, incentive policies, reward validity periods, and redemption rules to maximize user engagement while optimizing ROI.
- Benchmark against industry best practices from global banks and leading fintechs to create differentiated rewards experiences that drive advantage.
