**Job Summary:**

Parkridge Health System in Chattanooga, TN is seeking an experienced cardiac nurse practitioner or PA to join our established employed group, Centennial Heart at Parkridge, as an office-based provider.

**Qualifications Needed:**

+ Board certified
+ Tennessee license or ability to obtain one
+ Three plus years of cardiac experience as a nurse practitioner or PA
+ 2026 availability to start

**About the opportunity:**

+ 7 cardiologists and 2 CT surgeons in the group consisting of: heart failure, advanced cardiac imaging, 2 electrophysiologists, general, interventional and structural heart plus five APP's
+ Outpatient responsibilities for rounding and consults with responsibilities at one office location
+ No night call
+ weekend day coverage 1:8
