The Cardiothoracic/Vascular Surgery Navigator serves as a specialized clinical professional responsible for coordinating and optimizing the patient experience across the continuum of cardiothoracic and vascular surgical care. This role ensures seamless coordination, high-quality education, accurate risk assessment, and consistent follow-up to support optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction.
