Our Cardiovascular Lab allows sonographers a great deal of autonomy. We offer a supportive team environment. Rockingham is a small community hospital that feels like family. There is great teamwork within the department and with other disciplines in the hospital.

*Sonographers are not required to take call or work weekends*

Summary:

Employs
radiologic sciences technology to perform a variety of patient care, technical,
and diagnostic tasks targeted to the care of patients with cardiovascular
disease. Major tasks include ultrasound imaging, patient preparation and post
procedure care, procedure room set-up and cleaning, technical reporting, and quality
monitoring.
