- Support in growing and optimizing performance of the UAE Cards Portfolio
- Manage and optimize various portfolio programs / initiatives
- Support in identifying areas of growth & efficiency
Key Responsibilities - Support to execute ongoing portfolio programs / initiatives like Citi PayAll, Insurance cross-sell, etc.
- Support to execute ongoing portfolio spend programs and other initiatives like credit limit increase, retention, activation, etc.
- Support in implementation of new actions to enhance profitability of the above-mentioned programs
- Support development of digital capability and adoption for various portfolio programs
