Guaranteed hours: Permanent contracts for full-time and part-time roles 

Consistent shift patterns: 7.00 am – 2.00 pm and/or 2.00 pm – 10.00 pm 

Alternate weekend working on a two-week rota, 4on 4off rota 

Paid mileage: at 40p per mile
