Ensure timely and appropriate resolution of enquiries and requests received through the Patient Liaison Centre (PLC).
Coordinate with external parties and internal departments to facilitate safe and appropriate referrals of patients to NUH for outpatient appointments in accordance with hospital protocols and procedures.
Provide administrative and operational support for the daily functions of the Patient Liaison Centre.
Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of patient referrals, enquiries, and follow-up actions.
Support service excellence initiatives and ensure a positive patient experience through professional communication and coordination.
Carry out any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
