About the Role

Reporting directly to the Residential Aged Care Manager, you will step into a pivotal second-in-command leadership position. Drawing on your strong clinical background, you will champion resident wellbeing, mentor staff, and ensure excellent clinical governance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Clinical Excellence: Oversee clinic operations, compliance, reporting, stock management, and the development of top-tier clinical care programs.

• Leadership & Mentoring: Act as an honest, ethical leader to train and nurture the next generation of nurses and carers.

• Relationship Management: Look after residents and foster strong, supportive relationships with their families.

• Operational Support: Assist with the financial management and budgeting of the home.
