Title: Care Management Lead - Adults - Supported Living

Salary: £31,500 per annum

Contract: Full time

Job Type: Permanent

Hours: 39 hours per week (inclusive of one sleep-in per week) – Monday to Friday with 1 in 4 weekends

Reports To: Registered Manager

Location: Crediton, Devon – fully on site
