As a Care Manager in Harrogate, you'll work closely with the Registered Branch Manager and care management team to coordinate and help manage the support we provide to our care professionals and the delivery of outstanding care to our clients. You'll be responsible for scheduling, communication and support for care professionals and working with families to coordinate client care including completing assessments, care planning and quality assurance.
