About the role

Make a meaningful difference every day as a Residential Care Partner at Balladong Gardens. In this permanent part‑time role, you will support residents with daily living, personal care, mobility, meals, social connection and activities that bring purpose and enjoyment to their lives.

You will help create a warm, homely environment where residents feel safe, respected and supported. Working alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team, you will bring compassion, patience and professionalism to every shift.
