Position Overview

Requirements:



  • High School Diploma or GED required.



    • Qualifications:


  • At least one (1) year of experience in home care, long-term care, or a similar setting is preferred.



    • Reports To:


  • Staffing Coordinator



    • Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain a Clean & Safe Environment


    Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.

    Assist with washing dishes, doing laundry, and other cleaning duties to maintain a hygienic living space.

    Ensure the environment is comfortable, organized, and conducive to the client’s well-being.



  • Provide Personal Care & Assistance


    Aid clients with daily personal care tasks, including hygiene, grooming, dressing, shaving, and transferring.
