Career Counsellor – Full-Time Opportunity!

Supporting our Lifemark CARES Program

Based in Calgary , AB the Career Counsellor will be responsible for working with clients to assess skills, organize and facilitate training, identify training and/or employment opportunities, and assist clients with their job search activities. A successful candidate will have experience developing career plans, be knowledgeable in working with vulnerable populations, be comfortable facilitating and instructing in a group‑learning setting, be familiar with the Alberta labour market, and have the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Providing career and employment counseling to Albertans returning to employment or school
• Facilitating essential skills, employment preparation, and occupational skills workshops
