What You'll Do

• Counsel prospective students and working professionals on our career-oriented programs.
• Connect with leads generated through digital campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, and other marketing channels.
• Understand candidates' career aspirations and recommend the most suitable courses.
• Build strong relationships through regular follow-ups and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Handle objections, resolve queries related to courses, fees, career opportunities, and learning outcomes.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets while delivering an exceptional counselling experience.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the CRM.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Academic teams to ensure a seamless student journey.
