Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting organizational studies and design initiatives to support structure, roles, and reporting line improvements
• Support performance management processes, including gathering data for KPIs, and talent reviews
• Conduct job analysis, benchmarking, and help create job descriptions for new or revised positions
• Support the planning and execution of OD projects to ensure alignment with business objectives

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of any Business, Behavioral Science, or Human Resource-related course
• At least 3 years of experience in organizational development
• Strong knowledge in Organizational Design, Job Analysis and Benchmarking
• Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills
• Amenable to work in Makati City
