Career Support Associate (Night Shift)

Location: The Curve, BGC, Taguig City

Schedule: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM | Onsite, Full-time

About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated Career Support Associate to join our Career Support Operations team. You’ll help job seekers prepare for opportunities, coordinate with employers, and ensure smooth interview processes—all while driving successful placements.

What You’ll Do

• Review candidate profiles and resumes to match with openings
• Search for suitable job opportunities and explain employer requirements
• Recommend resume or profile improvements to job seekers
• Coordinate interview schedules and assist with arrangements
• Ensure regular submission of qualified candidates to maximize placements

What We’re Looking For

• High school graduate
• At least 2 years contact center/customer care experience
