Position Overview
The role of Caretaker will include:
Carrying out weekly Health and Safety checks and risk assessments, adhering to relevant regulations and guidelinesFulfilling general caretaking duties, including basic repairs, cleaning, landscaping, and grounds maintenance dutiesMaintaining an adequate supply of tools and equipment and restocking as necessary, to enable the effective delivery of servicesCompleting accurate daily work records and providing timely updates to customersIdentifying potential maintenance issues and reporting these in a timely manner, to maintain a safe environment Skills and experiences:
Previous experience in a similar caretaking or maintenance role is essentialAbility to identify and/or carry out minor repairsAn understanding of basic health and safety in the workplacePractical experience in operating hand tools and light machinery is desirable
