Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse/site
• Perform basic maintenance and simple repair tasks (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, etc.)
• Monitor the security of the property, especially during off-hours
• Conduct regular inspections of the site to identify potential safety hazards
• Coordinate with management for repairs or maintenance needs
• Assist in site-related tasks as needed
