Hours; Full time (37 hours each week, all year round)
Duration; interim cover until the permanent role has been filled. Opportunity for temporary to permanent for the right candidate.
Salary; £14.24 per hour including SHP.

As a Caretaker and Estates Operative, you are the backbone of the campus experience. You will ensure buildings are safe, welcoming, and fully prepared for students, staff, and visitors every day. • Support estates rota to ensure campus coverage, opening/locking buildings and maintaining security.
• Keep buildings and grounds clean by removing waste and emptying bins.
