**Job Title: Grade Setter**

**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced **Grade Setter** for a temporary assignment on a commercial construction project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining accurate grades for excavation, utilities, concrete, and site development work. Candidates must have experience using grading lasers and related survey equipment to ensure elevations and layout are set correctly. Knowledge of setting and maintaining grade for utility installations and earthwork is highly preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Set and verify grades for excavation, utilities, foundations, and site work.
+ Operate and understand laser levels, pipe lasers, and other grading equipment.
+ Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and grade stakes.
