**Job Title: Carpenter**

**Job Description**

You will work as a rough carpenter focused primarily on framing and general labor for commercial new construction projects. This role involves extensive daily use of hand and power tools to measure, cut, and prepare materials for framing, while supporting a variety of on-site construction tasks.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform rough carpentry work with a primary focus on framing for commercial construction projects.
+ Carry out general labor duties on active construction sites, including material handling and site cleanup.
+ Use hand tools and power tools daily, including power drills, tape measures, hand saws, nail guns, and reciprocating saws to cut and prepare materials prior to framing.
+ Assist with demolition work on construction sites, removing existing structures and preparing areas for new construction.
+ Support concrete work as needed, such as helping with the pouring of sidewalks.
