Our client is a well-established organisation delivering repairs and maintenance services across social housing properties. Due to increased workload, they are looking to strengthen their Asset Management team with a skilled Carpenter who can deliver high-quality repair and maintenance work while providing excellent customer service.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy maintenance team working across occupied domestic properties.

The Role

Carry out a variety of carpentry repairs and maintenance works within social housing properties.

Complete first and second fix carpentry, repairs, installations and general maintenance tasks.
