**Job Title: Carpenter Helper**
**Job Description**
This role supports form carpenters on a large industrial construction project by assisting with concrete formwork, general site preparation, and material handling. The Carpenter Helper works closely with experienced carpenters and site leadership to learn form carpentry, contribute to safe and efficient job site operations, and support the successful completion of foundations and related structural work.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assist form carpenters with building, setting, and stripping concrete forms for walls, slabs, columns, and footings.
+ Measure, cut, and assemble lumber, plywood, and form systems under supervision.
+ Load, unload, and stage materials, tools, and equipment to support daily operations.
+ Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and maintaining organized, safe work areas.
+ Support layout activities using basic measuring tools such as tape measures, levels, and squares.
